The service agreement consists of the Client’s information, booking information, and the policies stated on this page. At the time the deposit is paid, the service agreement will be in effect.
Artist’s obligation to give services hereunder is subject to the unavailability of the Artist as a result of sickness, accidents, and other reasons beyond the Artist’s control.
In full consideration for all services rendered by the Artist, the Client agrees to make the following payments CDN/U.S. funds to the Artist:
Client will pay $200 non-refundable deposit to secure their event date. The deposit is non-transferable in the event of a cancellation, however, it can be used towards future makeup and hair services.
Client will pay the cost of the trial (price varies depending on services provided by Artist) on the date services are carried out.
Payment of Balance:
The Client will pay the Artist 70% or more of the remaining one week before services are carried out. Outstanding payments can be paid on the date at the location services are rendered.
Additional service fees:
Upon latter service requests by the Client, and by agreement of the Artist, fees incurred from subsequent services will be paid by the client prior to service commencement.
A travel fee will be calculated based on distance, time, and method of travel required by the Artist(s) to get to the location.
If applicable, it is the Client’s responsibility to cover parking costs and/or accommodations for the Artist(s) during the time required to complete services.
During high wedding season (May-September), a minimum of $500 is required for wedding bookings.
Due to uncertainty from Covid-19, the Artist will be as flexible as possible for date changes and give priority to Clients who have paid their deposit.
In the event the Artist cancels the Project, the deposit will be fully refunded.
