The service agreement consists of the Client’s information, booking information, and the policies stated on this page. At the time the deposit is paid, the service agreement is to be signed as well.

Artist’s obligation to give services hereunder is subject to the unavailability of the Artist as a result of sickness, accidents, and other reasons beyond the Artist’s control.


In full consideration for all services rendered by the Artist, the Client agrees to make the following payments CDN/U.S. funds to the Artist:

Client will pay $200 deposit at the consultation or the first trial (if more than one trial is requested) to officially reserve the date for the event.  The deposit is non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.

Client will pay the cost of the trial (price varies depending on services provided by Artist) on the date services are carried out.

Payment of Balance: 
At the event on the set date of services needed, the Client will pay the Artist the remaining balance before services are carried out.

Additional service fees:
Upon latter service requests by the Client, and by agreement of the Artist, fees incurred from subsequent services will be paid by the client prior to service commencement.

Travel rate:  
Complimentary for services within 10km from the Artist’s location.
Other regions will incur a travel fee depending on the distance, time, and method of travel required by the Artist to get to the location.
If applicable, it is the Client’s responsibility to cover parking costs and/or accommodations for the Artist during the time required to complete services.

During high wedding season (May-September), a minimum of $500 is required for wedding bookings.


In the event the Client cancels the Project more than one month prior to the scheduled date, the Client is entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit.
In the event the Client cancels less than one month prior to the scheduled date, the Client will lose the deposit made to the Artist.
In the event the Artist cancels the Project, the deposit will be fully refunded.
